1. Introduction

Welcome to Luvimex. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the shopluvimex.com website (the “Site”) and any products, services, or content offered by Luvimex, a brand owned and operated by Vega Ecom LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing or using our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
  • Order confirmations will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

5. Subscriptions

We offer an optional subscription program priced at $29.99 per order plus $4.99 shipping (recurring).

  • Subscriptions are 100% opt-in. We will NEVER forcefully enroll you in a subscription. You must affirmatively select the subscription option at checkout.
  • Subscription orders renew on the schedule you select at signup.
  • You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@shopluvimex.com or by managing your subscription in your account.

6. Shipping

Shipping times, costs, and policies are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Luvimex is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and the Luvimex brand name — is the property of Vega Ecom LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
